Some go to the Cannes Film Festival to see movies. Savvy attendees and observers know it’s also about jewelry, with brands debuting and spotlighting their high jewelry collections during the A-list event.
The 79th edition of the celebrity-laden film festival on the French Riviera, taking place May 10 to 23, has had major jewelry moments from Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim in Marli (above), Daisy Edgar-Jones in Boucheron, and Demi Moore, Bella Hadid, Ruth Negga, and Dita Von Teese in Chopard.
Tiffany & Co., Messika, Pasquale Bruni, Chaumet, Pomellato, and Piaget have also had jewelry on the red carpet, while watches from Patek Phillippe and Chopard were spotted along La Croisette, Cannes’ famed boulevard.
Nassib Njeim, Marli’s brand ambassador for the Middle East, wore a bespoke high jewelry suite named The Darling that Marli designer Maral Artinian created for her “muse” to premiere at Cannes.
Composed of a grand architectural necklace, sculptural modular earrings, and a cuff bracelet—each set with pink tourmaline, black onyx, amethyst, and diamonds—The Darling took more than 1,000 hours to create, from Artinian’s sketch to completion, the designer says.

“Our process started with understanding how Nadine moves, how she expresses herself, and translating that into design,” Artinian tells JCK. “Nadine brings a strong point of view to her style, and that allowed us to push the design further—exploring scale, composition, and contrast while maintaining Marli’s signature precision.”
Another debut, the red-carpet collection Miracles, came from Chopard, an official partner of the film festival. Chopard said designer Caroline Scheufele drew inspiration from everyday delights like a beautiful sky, a singular cloud whose shape reminds you of a favorite moment, or the bright color of gemstones.
“Miracles are often modest. They are born of a detail, a light, an unexpected emotion. This collection is an invitation to look at them differently,” Scheufele said in a statement.
Here are some of JCK’s other favorite jewelry looks from the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.
Daisy Edgar-Jones in Boucheron

The British actress and ambassador of the maison wore diamonds on white gold, in both Boucheron’s Quatre Radiant tie necklace and Lierre de Paris earrings.

Colman Domingo in Boucheron

The two-time Oscar nominee, a “Friend of the Maison,” chose its Lavallière Diamants brooch, from the Histoire de Style art deco high jewelry collection, and the Zebra ring, both featuring diamonds and black lacquer. Domingo also sported diamonds (and white HyCeram) in Boucheron’s Quatre Double ring in both small and large sizes.

Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu in Pomellato

A global ambassador for Pomellato, French actress Leroy-Beaulieu previewed the Italian brand’s 2026 high jewelry collection, wearing its semi-rigid diamond choker with 21 pear-shape paraíba tourmalines totaling 20.15 cts. and arranged in an irregular raindrop composition.
Georgina Rodríguez in Chopard

Chopard ambassador Rodríguez, a model and the fiancee of soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, wore the brand’s Miracles high jewelry necklace in 18k white gold with a 13.86 ct. round emerald, a 4.48 ct. pear-shape emerald, 215.86 cts. t.w. emerald beads, and 57.43 cts. t.w. pear-shape diamonds.
