It was winner-takes all as Airbus brought the curtain down on the season with a clash against Tregaron Turfs and it was the hosts who ran out 3-0 winners to wrap-up second place behind champions Wrexham Foresters.
In their penultimate match, Airbus won 4-1 at Buckley Town on Thursday. Ffion Jones (2), Grace Kehoe and Courteney Page sealed the deal, after Sophie Iball had handed Buckley the lead.
Yesterday, Buckley were defeated 3-0 at Llanidloes Town, while Northop Hall drew 2-2 away to Newtown. Ellen Sharps and Tyler Price were on target for Hall.
