Yacht builder Sunseeker, with facilities on Portland and in Poole, celebrated the launch of its first Manhattan 94 model last week, marking the latest advance in its design and engineering programme.
The Manhattan 94 will make its global debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, taking place from September 8 to September 13, where it will be the centrepiece of Sunseeker’s nine-yacht exhibition.
Steve Timms, interim chief executive at Sunseeker, said: “What makes us Sunseeker is our tireless dedication to perfection.

Engineers, craftsmen, and designers gathered to witness the first Manhattan 94 take to the water, reflecting on months of collective effort.
The launch now moves the vessel into Sunseeker’s testing programme, a rigorous process designed to ensure each yacht meets the company’s standards for performance, safety, and quality.
Mr Timms also praised the team’s commitment, saying the yacht serves as a “testament to the collective strength and spirit of the Sunseeker workforce”.
The Manhattan 94 blends performance with refined styling and innovation.
It leads a diverse line-up at Cannes that includes the Superhawk 55, Predator 55, Manhattan 56, Manhattan 68, 75 Sport Yacht, 76 Yacht, 82 Ocean Enclosed and 100 Yacht.
Construction has already begun on the second Manhattan 94 hull, which has also been sold and is eagerly anticipated by its future owners.
