Broadway Car Show 2026: ‘It was by far the best show yet’

The bi-annual Broadway Village Car Show welcomes thousands of people to the Cotswolds once again this weekend (August 15/16).

Highlights included an Aston Martin Valhalla, a 1973 Outspan Orange marketing car, Jeremy Clarkson’s 1992 Mitsuoka Le Seyde from Grand Tour ‘Eurocrash’, and more.

Robin Goldsmith, one of the organisers of The Broadway Car Show, said: “It was absolutely brilliant and very successful.

“The first day, Supercar Saturday (August 15), was very well supported, with Ferrari, Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin all bringing their latest offerings.

“It was an absolute supercar fest and a brilliant display. We could not have asked for more.

“I think the unique appeal of the show is that it is in the centre of Broadway and just has a completely different feel to any other car show.

“With a new parking field for visitors, there was less congestion this year for spectators, and we also raised very decent funds for the Broadway Christmas Lights.”

The Broadway Car Show is split into two days, with Supercar Saturday and Classic Sunday. At the beginning of each day at around 10.30am, the rare and exotic vehicles were driven up and down Broadway High Street before parking up.

Mr Goldsmith added: “For Classic Sunday, we were once again blessed with an incredible selection.

“We had two Edwardian cars, so from 1900 to 1910.

“We had a 1910 Hotchkiss and a 1906 Bianchi.

“Of course, the wonderful thing about the drivers of these cars is that they know every nut and bolt about them.

“This was the fifth show, and we had a delightful selection of cars throughout the ages. It was by far the best show yet.”
