A 2024 Porsche Cayenne, unlocked and with the keys inside, was stolen from outside a home on Hollow Tree Ridge Road, Darien police said. A vehicle on Gardiner street was burglarized on the same night, Tuesday, Aug, 13.

Police didn’t give the exact address or say where in the longest street in town the luxury SUV was parked. The base price of the 2024 model when new, was $79,200 ($95,700 for the Cayenne S). Police went to the scene at about 5:05 a.m.

The same night, at about 2:51 a.m., items were stolen from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home 0n Gardiner Street (police didn’t say what part of the street or give the address). The doors were unlocked.
