Two people were taken to hospital
A car landed on its roof following a crash in Rochdale. Emergency services descended on Tweedale Street, at the junction of Milkstone Road, shortly after 9pm on Saturday night (May 30).
Images from the scene show a Nissan Micra had landed on its roof during the collision. Greater Manchester Police said it was called out to a crash involving two cars.
Both cars were damaged, with one landing on its roof, GMP said. No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.

Two people were taken to hospital by paramedics, but it is understood their injuries are not believed to be serious. A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: “Just after 9pm last night (Saturday, May 30), two fire engines from Rochdale Central fire station were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Tweedale Street, Rochdale.
“Crews arrived quickly at the scene. Firefighters used a hearth kit to make the vehicle safe. Two people were taken to hospital by colleagues from North West Ambulance Service. Firefighters were in attendance for around 20 minutes.”
