Home - Accessories - Amazon Big Spring Sale 2024: Dates, Details And Early Deals
In case you missed the announcement last week, Amazon is hosting a new sale in a couple of days. The Amazon Big Spring Sale starts Wednesday, and will feature thousands of warm weather essentials on sale for up to 50% off. Expect to see discounts on outdoor furniture, spring clothing, electronics, lawn care items and spring cleaning must-haves.
Unlike Prime Day, Amazon’s Big Spring Sale will be open to all customers—but Prime members will get access to some exclusive deals and the usual shipping perks. Below, we’ve outlined all of the details on the new event, tips for how to prepare and some early deals worth shopping right away (like $100 off these Sony headphones).
What Is Amazon’s Big Spring Sale?
Amazon’s Big Spring Sale is the retail giant’s newest event. The five-day sale gives shoppers the opportunity to stock up on spring-related products for less. As we mentioned above, you’ll see markdowns on everything from outdoor furniture to spring clothing to cleaning products.
When Is Amazon’s Big Spring Sale?
The sale kicks off on March 20 and will last through March 25. Just like on Prime Day, the first deals will launch at 3:01 a.m. EST—but there’s no need to set an alarm. Most of the best deals should remain in stock throughout the morning at least.
How Long Is Amazon’s Big Spring Sale?
Amazon’s Big Spring Sale will last five days, from March 20 until March 25. That said, there will likely be some early deals available before the event, as well as some extended deals that remain live even after March 25.
What Deals Can We Expect From Amazon’s Big Spring Sale?
Per usual, Amazon has been tight lipped about the exact deals that’ll be available during the Big Spring Sale. But in its press release, the retailer said to expect thousands of deals including:
Up to 50% off select beauty products
Up to 50% off select sports and outdoors equipment
Up to 40% off select home products
Up to 40% off select spring apparel
Up to 40% off select electronics
Some of the largest discounts will undoubtedly be reserved for Amazon brands, like its popular smart devices, but we expect plenty of solid markdowns on items from other well-known brands as well.
How To Prepare For Amazon’s Big Spring Sale
Shopping an Amazon sale can be overwhelming. We’ve compiled our deals editors’ advice on how to get the most out of this week’s event.
Make A Spring Shopping List
As we mentioned above, the Amazon Big Spring Sale will include markdowns on the essentials you need to revamp your space for the new season. Consider making a shopping list of everything you need for spring cleaning this year—as well as a wish list for any redecorating projects you have in mind. If you want, you can make a digital list on your Amazon account (under the tab Account & Lists in the top right corner) to track the prices of specific items. Making a list (virtual or physical) will help you avoid impulse purchases and ensure that you don’t forget anything.
Set A Budget
You’ve probably heard this before, but just because an item is on sale doesn’t mean you need it. Setting a budget ahead of time can help ensure that you don’t get too swept up in the excitement of finding a good deal and end up overspending.
Consider Signing Up For A Prime Membership
While you don’t need a Prime membership to shop the Big Spring Sale, members will have access to exclusive deals and get the usual speedy Prime shipping. If you already use Amazon a lot, it may be worth signing up ahead of the event. The annual membership costs $139 (after a 30-day free trial).
