While the Aveda Invati Treatment is the most expensive product in the box, costing a cool £39 when it’s not on sale, arguably the star of the show is the Hair Growth Serum by UKLASH. The serum costs £29 and is available to buy on its own from Boots or the UKLASH website, here.
Dubbed a ‘miracle’ oil by shoppers, the Hair Growth Serum is relatively new to the market launching in 2024 – and selling out within days. The lightweight product is specially formulated stimulate hair growth and reduce hair loss by up to 95%, resulting in visibly healthier strands.
The serum contains powerful ingredients like pisum sativum pea sprout extract and turmeric. While the Premium Hair Beauty Box is yet to receive any reviews on the Boots website, the serum boasts over 440 five-star reviews.
One satisfied shopper said: “I’ve been using this for about six to seven weeks now, I usually have extensions in for thickness but I’ve not needed them since using this. It’s grown so much and I feel like I have so much more hair. I’ll use this for the foreseeable future.”
A second wrote: “I was sceptical about how effective this hair growth serum would be, having tried other brands of a similar nature in the past, however after just a couple of weeks of using every second or third day, I am thrilled to see new hair growth and will continue using this serum. So easy to use, absorbs into scalp with no need to wash hair straight after, so so happy.”
Somebody else said: “I love this hair serum, I’ve previously used a very expensive brand of hair growth serum with no results and found it left my fine hair greasy and weighed down. This serum has given me visible results and doesn’t leave my hair greasy at all.”
One person, however, hailed the Hair Growth Serum as ‘mediocre’ and gave it a three-star review. It reads: “Was excited to use this product as I had had such great results with the lash serum but unfortunately it did not meet the expectations. Made my hair feel lovely but did not help with growth.”
But another loved the hair oil, adding: “I have been using Hair growth Serum for nearly a year now and I can’t believe the difference it has made to my really fine dry hair . My hair has growth so long and it looks so healthy I also have less fallout and hair parting is better with new growth. I cannot believe the difference with this serum has made, I highly recommend.”
