Are your summer clothes feeling a little lacklustre? Rather than a complete wardrobe overhaul (who has the time or budget for that?), there’s a simple trick to transform last year’s faded favourites into a 2025 knockout: chic accessories.

And this year, the bags, hats, jewellery, sunglasses and shoes on offer are cooler than ever – thanks to new, limited-edition collaborations that you can find on the High Street. From bargain designer eyewear to sophisticated sandals, these must-haves will score you serious style points.

So say goodbye to that frayed raffia bag and tarnished pair of earrings and snap up one of these pieces before they sell out…

Forget Celine and Balenciaga, Jimmy Fairly is the eyewear brand to know for trendy, well-made frames, loved by celebrities such as Kendall Jenner.

And French chic meets California cool in the brand’s second, limited-edition collection with sustainable LA brand Reformation. Expect 90s’ glam with a retro feel – you’ll refuse to take these sunnies off all summer (from £150, thereformation.com and jimmyfairly.com).

If you want designer eyewear on a High-Street budget, then head to Cos for their SS25 collaboration with luxury eyewear brand Linda Farrow. Instead of Linda’s usual price tags of up to £1,180, these shades start from £110 (cos.com).

Best known for its pretty printed dresses beloved by the Princess of Wales and Margot Robbie, British brand Rixo has teamed up with bag brand Dragon Diffusion for a line of woven leather bags and belts.

When they launched online, three of the five bags had already sold out through pre-orders alone.

The Lucine (pictured, £385, rixolondon.com) is the perfect arm candy for the beach, and the brand is due to release more stock between June 9 and 13. So set your alarms, because stocks won’t last.

In other news, if you’re a fan of Lulu Guinness and their iconic designs, the brand has partnered with rental app By Rotation. For the very first time, you’ll be able to rent spectacular pieces from their archive, for as little as £10 a day (byrotation.com).

Luxury Italian brand Etro has now joined forces with the iconic Spanish label, blending the fashion house’s iconic jacquard fabric with Castaner’s longstanding tradition of espadrille craftsmanship (from £240, uk.castaner.com). If you’d prefer not to totter, they’ve got flats too (£210).

A hat is a summer essential, providing protection from the sun and elevating even the simplest of outfits. These two Californian brands go hand in hand for effortless style.
