Although if you prefer thinner ones, that will also do. From there put on your favorite colorful visor (or just plain pink) to pair with your updo.
Leotard and shorts
Replicating this part of the outfit is much easier than you might think. Simply buy a pair of pink neon shorts and pair it with a patterned leotard.
You can opt for longer length shorts or buy a leotard that contrasts with the bottoms. You can also use a pink one piece that matches the silhouette of the outfit without the extra layers.
Protective gear
The more neon, the better. Am I right? Similar to your other options, snag a matching set of psychadelic knee and elbow pads that compliment your outfit. You can match them to your skates or add another color to the mix to shake things up a bit.

In my opinion, these skates are what make the ‘fit such a hit. Admittedly, it’s a bit tricky to find identical skates, but you can get an exact replica on Amazon (woohoo!).
