Huawei is expected to release a long-awaited app volume adjustment feature for its smartphones. The respective capability will ensure that users are able to adjust the volume of every individual app accordingly without interrupting the original one.
A Weibo tipster suggested that Huawei has a separate app volume adjustment feature for its smartphones. The OEM will likely begin rolling it out with the upcoming versions.
Inputs further hint that the tech giant will release it with the HarmonyOS 6 or 6.1 updates. Up to this point, Huawei phones had a simple volume menu for all apps and services. But the company is making amendments to this specific segment at present.

Unlike the single-volume adjuster that works simultaneously for the entire device, users can now change or completely mute certain applications as per their will, while increasing the volume for other apps like music and games.
Notably, it’s a perfect functionality that not only avoids loud notifications or skips the volume for video ads but also allows you to focus on the particular application you are using at that moment.
It is worth mentioning that the Huawei MateBook 14, launched last month with HarmonyOS 6.1, already supports app volume adjuster. One can access the feature from Settings > Sound > App Sound Management > Application.
As of now, the company is planning to release this significant feature for its smartphones. Make sure to keep your device up-to-date to grab the new changes on time.
