LF announced on the 7th that jewellery brand Iyeror will make a full-fledged leap into a total accessory brand that encompasses overall styling beyond jewellery. To this end, it has decided to expand its sales to hair categories that have recently gained interest in spring.
According to LF, Ieror has established itself as a brand with sophisticated design, high quality, and reasonable prices among 3040 female customers. It has been flexible in responding to changes in trends and expanding from its existing gold-focused to its silver color lineup, while introducing its Lab-grown diamond range to expand customer contact points. As a result, last year’s sales grew 70 percent year-on-year.
Based on this growth, Iyeror extends its reach to the hair category. LF explained, “Recently, hair accessories are emerging as a key element of styling that completes refined impressions without being excessive.”
In fact, minimalism has recently reemerged in the fashion market. In particular, John F. Kennedy Jr.’s wife, Carolyn Bessett Kennedy, is re-examined as a representative icon of minimal style in the 1990s, and her understated colors and concise silhouette-centered style are drawing attention again.
This trend is also reflected in hair style trends. Interest in neat production such as ponytail that ties hair high, low bun that ties hair low, and half-up style that naturally ties only half, has increased by 35% and low bun that are based on actual Naver data compared to the previous month in March this year.
Accordingly, Ieror presents a variety of hair ties in the form of rubber bands to hair pins that increase the completeness of minimal styling through hair lines. Based on calm colors such as ivory, black, brown, and beige, variations were added to gloss, texture, and pattern to increase utilization.
Hair accessories are also used as a ‘gift’ because they are a category with relatively low taste burden, LF said. “We applied a dedicated package to increase the value of our collection, and it will be a light but meaningful option as an anniversary or season gift.”
