Other potential victims are urged to come forward
A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after after women and girls were allegedly targeted while through a Rochdale beauty spot on at least four occasions.
Officers are investigating four reported incidents at Watergrove Reservoir and Wardle Park, in Wardle, which took place from Monday (June 16) to Thursday.
Greater Manchester Police says a man is alleged to have exposed himself to women and girls walking by on each occasion.
A 20-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Enquiries are ongoing and police are urging any other potential victims, or witnesses, to come forward.
Neighbourhood Sergeant Jay-Naren Uppal, of GMP Rochdale, said: “Following these extremely concerning reports made to us, we have made a swift arrest and that man remains in our custody.
“Additional patrols and resources have been deployed to the area, so that those enjoying these open spaces in the warm weather feel safe.
“We take reports of this nature incredibly seriously and hope that members of the community are reassured by the action taken.

“Victims of reported exposure incidents will be listened to, believed, and supported through the process.
