Claudia Winkleman has a keen eye for the perfect accessory and, after years on the celebrity circuit, an even keener sense of how to dream big when it comes to wish lists. Here are her most extravagant favourites.

1. Foundrae necklaces
First it has to be Foundrae. It makes super-heavy (but not too heavy, please don’t panic) gold necklaces and I would like at least seven to dangle round my shoulders. They’re unapologetic but also have a touch of Camden Lock about them so they’re not just “hey, look what I made on bitcoin”, which is a bit crass, a bit repulsive. They also don’t have any sort of logo on them, which is always a good thing. Recognisable but also, not.

Louis Vuitton Courrier Lozine Drawers, £50,000
2. Louis Vuitton luggage
Look, I don’t travel. I love my bed and I love my shower gel, I love my puppy and I really like being in the same place. However, one day I’ll get the travel bug again (I’m thinking at the age of 64) and when this happens I’d like an embarrassment of Louis Vuitton luggage. They make something that has actual drawers. Can you imagine? No need to unpack. That LV print with some black and navy personalised stamping is the stuff we can only dream of.

The Elder Statesman Disheveled Crochet Blanket, £7,550
3. Crochet blanket
The Elder Statesman makes very beautiful sweaters. They’re four-ply cashmere and bulky and madly multicoloured, which is somehow ridiculous. Imagine spending all that money on a lime green hoodie. Who on earth are we? Well, those are all well and good but they also make crochet blankets. They’re Little House on the Prairie meets Fifth Avenue. If money were no object I’d wrap myself in one after every shower.

Brunello Cucinelli Suede-trimmed ribbed-knit ankle boots, £1,200
4. Luxury walking boots
I mentioned the puppy so let’s do that again (yes, he’s new) so I would definitely rethink my dog walking attire. I’d have a pair of Brunello Cucinelli mountain boots. They’re bonkers-soft yet also chunky. Bananas — but you did say the price didn’t matter …

Diptyque large Figuier candle, £285
5. Diptyque candles
Finally I’m not sure candles are accessories but I love a five-wick Diptyque. In my world these are lit only on birthdays and Christmas, but if we’re really going nuts then let’s stick one in all the rooms (green please) and light them at breakfast.
