Perry Ellis International announced on Tuesday a new license agreement with Euroneck S.A. de CV for the Perry Ellis and John Hardy brands.
As per the license agreement, Euroneck is to design and distribute men’s neckties, bow ties, cummerbunds, pocket squares, ascots, winter and summer scarves and hosiery under the Perry Ellis and John Hardy trademarks in Mexico. The first collection will launch in Spring 2017 at department stores, specialty stores and e-commerce.
The new partnership follows a number of license agreements Perry Ellis entered in 2016. The company most recently entered into a license agreement with Gina Group for the Laundry by Shelli Segal brand and extended a license agreement with Callaway Golf, which began in 2009.
In the third quarter, Perry Ellis reported a net loss of $5.2 million and a decrease in total revenue to $197.2 million on a constant currency basis.
