Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty, Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty, Hailey Bieber’s Rhode, Blake Lively’s Blake Brown Beauty. Just when you thought we’d reached the limit of celebrity beauty brands, another one joins the line-up. Enter: SZA’s Not Beauty.

After teasing us with the brand last month, last night the singer finally revealed more details on what to expect from the launch. “Y’all asked for the lip combo and it’s finally here,” she said on Instagram. “The lip products I’ve been wearing and working on for years are finally here for everyone to try.”

Launching with a trio of vegan and cruelty-free lip glosses in three different shades – In the Flesh, Strawberry Jelly, and Quartz – the formula promises long-lasting shine that will keep your lips feeling plump all day long. An enticing collection already for all the lip lovers out there, Not Beauty’s offering will soon grow to also include lip stains, liners, and creams.

“There was nothing that existed that did that much for me and also made me feel moisturised,” SZA shared in a statement about her new beauty venture. “I don’t know much about much, but I know a lot about lips. It’s really well made. It’s awesome. Not Beauty wasn’t about me trying to enter the beauty market, it’s about me filling a need, it’s about me needing something that lasted as long as my show, as long as my conversation, as long as my date.”

Drawing inspiration from the wild, Not Beauty’s launch campaign sees the songstress cosplaying as a woodchuck, wielding a chainsaw and chopping down trees out in the woods before ending with the brand’s wood-textured packaging.

If you want to get your hands on Not Beauty’s debut launch, the lip glosses will be dropping at a series of one-off pop-up shops connected to the singer’s Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar, coming to the UK on July 8. Keep your eyes peeled for more details and future launches from the brand.
