The Must-Have Accessory for Fall

Leopard print, as you may have seen, is huge this fall. And, as a picky designer type, can I tell you I am loving the types of leopard prints I’m seeing?

Lots of them, like this Ganni tote, are way more casual-sporty-chic and way less Peg Bundy than in seasons past. Part of the draw for me is that a lot of the prints I’m seeing right now are a bit faded and on wearable denim and cotton. It gives the prints more of a texture and makes them way more interesting, IMO.

The Easy Leopard Print Piece I’m Carrying All Fall

This Ganni bag I recently found at Saks is just that. It’s a tote, but elevated with Ganni-typical gorgeous construction and details. It’s a bit cheeky but not cheesy and, especially if you’re not quite sure about diving into the leopard pants trend, a perfect way to easily wear this print this fall.

This cutie bag is the perfect small-ish size, too (and also comes in a denim version.) It’s big enough to hold all the things I need (I’m not a tiny bag person) but nice for everyday when you want to look cute and give your shoulders a break from carrying your whole life around (guilty lol.) With this cute swingy shirt I found myself mostly using the top handles, but it does have an optional crossbody strap, too!

And here’s a little shoutout so some of the other outfit elements here. I LOVE these Bernardo sandal booties. So much. Look at that chic (but walkable) heel. They’re a perfect transition shoe.

The swing top from Rag & Bone is so breezy and fun and I dig a stripes + leopard moment. The Mother Half-Pipe Flood High Rise jeans are an incredible shape, high waisted and in the best faded black wash ever. TTS on all these pieces.

Gah, these sneakers are comfy comfy (with a special insole) convenient and super cute. They’re another perfect transition from summer-to-fall shoe.

I wanted to show how versatile the bag is because honestly who needs a purse that can’t be a good closet workhorse. This is one of those easy outfit-making pieces. Imagine my white tee and black leggings without it…fine, but not exciting. With the bag? Party time.
