Four people are under criminal investigation for disturbing public order after they parked luxury cars in the middle of a north-south axis road for a wedding photo shoot.
Pham Duc Hai, 28, and Vuong Dinh Truong, 20, were arrested on May 16 for “disturbance of public order,” police in the northern province of Hai Duong said on Saturday.
Two others were investigated for the same charge but were released on bail.
According to investigators, Hai incited several people to park BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, and Range Rover cars in the middle of the road on the North-South axis through Toan Thang Commune in Gia Loc District in Hai Duong on April 21 so that a groom and his bride took wedding photos.
The incident caused a traffic jam for several minutes, in scenes that were captured by residents and posted online.
The four men admitted their guilt to the police.
