Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli is known for his very lavish taste and often gives an insight into his luxury lifestyle on social media.
The Block bidder made his fortune through his giveaway business LMCT+ as well as property investing and now has an estimated net worth of a huge $1.03billion.
He has become known for his luxury collection of sports cars, while he has also purchased a string of multi-million dollar properties and other very rare items.
The successful businessman boasts luxury homes all around Australia, and he added a jaw-dropping Melbourne penthouse to his property portfolio last year.
The March 2023 sale broke a record for the city’s most expensive apartment after Adrian paid an eye-watering $39million for the pad.
He reportedly spent another $6million on modifying and customising the 1200sqm sky home – including craning in his $3m McLaren Senna GTR as an ‘art piece’.
Adrian told realestate.com.au he decided to buy the apartment the same day he saw it because of ‘the security’ and it being a ‘blank canvas’.
The impressive penthouse boasts some jaw-dropping amenities, including a lift that goes directly to a hotel bar.
The property has a direct link to a tower housing a five-star Shangri-La hotel, including a bar with a see-through floor.
‘I’ve got a lift from my apartment that goes directly to the bar,’ Adrian dished.
As part of the renovation, Adrian also planned to include four bedrooms inside the penthouse, as well as multiple kitchens, a cinema, indoor pool and a cigar bar.
Despite the penthouse’s high price tag, Adrian is not using it as his permanent residence as he prefers the laidback Gold Coast lifestyle to living in a city.
The self-made billionaire, from Melbourne’s western suburbs, previously owned a stunning $2.3million Sanctuary Cove mansion on the Gold Coast.
He bought the luxury home from DJ’s Ty and Jesse Taylor in 2022, two years after they built the spectacular waterfront Mediterranean style four-bedroom home.
Completed in 2021, the sprawling pad features stunning water views and beautiful stone and wood finishings.
Named Asylo – the Greek word for sanctuary – other highlights include a six-metre palm centrepiece built inside the main structure and an expansive pool area.
There’s also a glass-face wine cellar and a double garage with a golf buggy park.
However, in March 2023, he put the sprawling property up as a raffle prize through his LMCT+ company.
At the time, Adrian said he was prepared to fork out $1.8million if the lucky winner preferred cash, rather than the impressive mansion.
The property expert also reportedly owns another home on Queensland’s Hope Island among his impressive multi-million dollar portfolio.
As well as his sprawling property empire, Adrian also has a lavish collection of expensive sports cars, which includes several Lamborghinis.
He often shares a glimpse inside his sprawling garage on social media and posts many snaps of his eye-wateringly expensive cars lined-up alongside one another.
He keeps five luxury vehicles in his large carport, including a Lamborghini, high tech dune buggy, and a gold buggy, while he also owns a McLaren Senna – which he keeps in his skyrise Melbourne penthouse.
Last month, Adrian also visited a specialist car manufacturer in Sweden to take ownership of yet another lavish sports car.
He shared a snap of himself lovingly cradling his infant son Mercy, six months, who he shares with his partner Karlie Butler, as he eyed up his luxury purchase.
The $4.5million sports car is still under construction at the Koenigsegg Jesko factory in Ängelholm, Sweden.
According to Car and Driver magazine, the impressive Koenigsegg Jesko is known as a ‘supercar’ and is built to achieve speeds of over 400kms an hour.
His purchase came just weeks after he purchased a luxury Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722S during a visit to London.
Mercedes has only built 150 units of the convertible and a similar rare performance supercar sold in 2018 for over AUD $2million, Motor1 reported.

‘London touchdown! Finally did the deal on a SLR McLaren 722S ready to bring back home after the Euro trip,’ he wrote on Instagram at the time.
As well as his garage filled with luxury sports cars, Adrian also has a more modest $40,000 Audi among his collection.
The notorious high flyer’s love of cars is an important part of his life, to the point where his son Mercy’s name even alludes to his car collection.
The unique name pays homage to one of the first luxury cars Adrian purchased – a rare orange Lamborghini Murcielago, valued at over $700,000.
As well as his vast car collection, Adrian also added an eye-wateringly expensive $4.3million Lamborghini yacht to his long list of lavish purchases earlier this month.
He showed off his new toy on Instagram after travelling to Italy to take possession of the striking James Bond-style vessel, and he has already enjoyed a trip to the French Riviera on it with his family and friends.
Featuring a striking green and black façade, the watercraft is described as the ‘avant garde’ of luxury speed boats.
The yacht, built by the Italian Sea Group, is known as a ‘Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63’.
The exotic exterior is intended as a tribute to the design features made famous by the iconic Lamborghini car brand.
Highlights include a sports car steering wheel for a rudder, car-style seats and a ‘stop/start’ button identical to a Lamborghini car engine.
Two separate engines produce a whopping 2000HP which can take the yacht to 63knots. Measuring 20 metres in length, it can accommodate five guests and two crew.
He also purchased a luxury Bombardier Global Express private jet earlier this year, which has his initials ‘AP’ on its tailfin in a unique personalised touch.
Most recently, Adrian raised eyebrows by announcing he had taken ownership of a Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil, a twist on his usual luxury car purchases.
The entrepreneur confirmed the news by sharing a short clip of his baby son Mercy playing with the dinosaur bone as the tot happily put it in his mouth.
His father’s hand was seen reaching in to grab the bone, but the inquisitive youngster was having none of it and offered a cheeky grin as he clutched the foot.
‘A lot of questions about the T-Rex foot,’ Adrian captioned the post, referring to his recent purchase.
‘Is it real? Yes it’s a real authenticated fossil. Age? Roughly 80 million years old. Ticket price $130,000.’
‘Current price after it suffered a broken toe… Unknown,’ Adrian added.
While fans were quick to coo over the cute clip, some took issue with Adrian’s choice of baby toy.
One blasted Adrian, writing: ‘That’s a rare piece of history. Treat it with some respect.’
Others however were quick to rush to Adrian’s defence amid the onslaught of criticism.
‘No different to a T-bone from a steak they’re both an animal and no longer exist ones just a little older and has a few more zeros on the end of its price tag [sic],’ one wrote.
The original commenter shot back, writing: ‘You do realise they are incredibly rare? Comparing it to a T-bone is beyond ridiculous.’
Adrian was quick to hit back with: ‘More than happy for you to buy it off me and store it as you wish. Until then I’ll enjoy it how I wish.’
Earlier this year, Adrian, who is a self-made billionaire from Melbourne’s western suburbs, soared to number 115 on Australia’s Richest 250 list.
His lottery business LCMT+ offers its members lavish prizes, including luxury homes, cars, and cash in monthly prize draws using a legal loophole.
LMCT+ operates as a ‘trade promotion’ – a type of lottery originally designed to help businesses attract customers by rewarding them with prizes – under a licence issued in NSW.
Subscribers also get exclusive offers from over 1,000 partners, such as Beaurepaires, Patriot Campers and Prestige Autoworks. It has about 100,000 customers who pay a monthly subscription.
Adrian has also notably made several appearances on the Channel Nine show The Block, where he purchases homes to give away to his LMCT+ members.
