This Vitamix blender will exceed expectations, and it’s at an all-time low price

Vitamix Propel 750 blender filled with fruits and vegetables whole, unblended, on a TechRadar purple Lowest Price banner

The Vitamix Propel 750 blender will redefine what a blender can be, thanks to its incredibly powerful motor and super-simple design that couldn’t be easier to use. If a Vitamix has been out of your budget range or you’ve never heard of this kitchen counter monster, you can find an affordable model now at the best price I’ve ever seen: $379 on Amazon, down $250 from the $629 list price.

What can you do with a blender this powerful? Besides smoothies, soups, and salsas, you can do things you’d never expect a blender to do. You can puree a soup until it’s smooth, then keep going until the friction with the blades heats the soup. Don’t buy flour for baking; you can just buy wheat berries and mill your own flour in the Vitamix.

The iPad mini is back to an all time low price

If you’ve been waiting for an iPad deal, look no further. One of our favorite tablets, and the most portable, the latest iPad mini, is back to the lowest price we’ve ever tracked on Amazon. In any color, it’s a full $100 off at just $399, and if you have a Prime membership, you’ll get free fast shipping.

The iPad mini features an excellent 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, and thanks to the A17 Pro chip under the hood, iPadOS 18 and iPadOS 26, which arrive later in 2025, the entire experience is swift. It even supports Apple Intelligence and can be paired with the Apple Pencil Pro. But best of all, Apple doubled the starting storage to 128GB.

Amazon’s best mid-size TV deal

Amazon Fire TV 55-inch 4-Series 4K

Amazon’s early Prime Day sale includes several TV deals with incredible prices. One of my favorite deals is Amazon’s all-new 50-inch 4-Series 4K Fire TV, now on sale for just $259.99 – a record-low price.

The 4K TV supports HDR 10, offering a sharp, clear, and vibrant image for TV shows, movies, and sports. All major streaming apps are ready to go, too, plus there’s voice control support through Alexa. It’s an all-around solid TV for the price if you need an affordable and capable display.

Amazon’s best-selling Fire TV Stick 4K has consistently been a top seller during Amazon’s past Prime Day sales, and the retailer is offering the streaming device for only $24.99, thanks to today’s 50% discount.

The powerful Fire TV Stick streams shows and movies in ultra-high-definition 4K resolution and offers access to all major apps, as well as support for voice controls through Alexa.

Jot this down, the Apple Pencil Pro is on sale

Apple Pencil Gen 2 deal

If you have an iPad that supports it, the Apple Pencil Pro is an excellent upgrade, as it delivers the classic Apple-made stylus experience you’d expect, but elevates it with even more functionality. Oh, and those upgrades don’t make it less ergonomic, either.

The Apple Pencil Pro features a new ‘squeeze’ functionality that allows you to unlock various menus and experiences within the app, and it can even complete a barrel roll. It works with the iPad Pro with M4, the iPad Air with M2 or M3, and iPad mini with the A17 Pro.

The best early Prime Day TV deal

LG C4 OLED TV

While I’ve highlighted today’s early Prime Day deal on the LG C5, Amazon has now dropped its predecessor, the LG C4, to a new record-low price.

You can get the LG 65-inch C4 OLED TV for an incredible price of $1,196.99, which is a massive $1,500 discount and a new record-low price that I don’t expect will drop further at Amazon’s official Prime Day sale.

The LG C4 is ranked number one in our best TV guide, thanks to its exceptional brightness, impressive gaming features, and sleek design.

Amazon’s best-selling tech gadget

AirTag deal hero

The extremely handy Apple AirTag is one of Amazon’s best-selling tech gadgets, and you can find the tracking device on sale for only $22.98.

If you’re like me and tend to misplace your keys or wallet or want to track your luggage, just attach the AirTag to anything you don’t want to lose, and your iPhone will locate the item.

Ring, Ring – this deal is calling

This is a tech gadget that I own, and I can’t imagine living without it. The best-selling Ring Battery Doorbell Plus is now available for only $79.99, marking a new record-low price.

The latest version of the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus offers an even higher resolution than the standard model and features a convenient quick-release battery pack, allowing you to remove the battery without needing to take down the entire doorbell for recharging.

Amazon’s cheapest TV deal

If you’re looking to pick up a really cheap TV deal, Amazon has the Insignia 32-inch F20 Series HD Fire TV for just $79.99. That’s an incredible 53% discount and a record-low price.

While the Insignia F20 Series lacks 4K resolution, you’re getting the Fire TV experience built-in and an Alexa voice remote. It’s a great deal if you want to add a TV to an extra bedroom.

A cheap tablet that does it all

The Amazon Fire lineup of tablets is at the cheaper and less powerful end of the scale, but they do offer some exceptional value for money if you need a basic everyday slate. And now one of its larger versions is a bit of a steal in the early Prime Day deals, as you can score the Amazon Fire HD 10 for $69.99.

That’s a record-low price for the entry-level tablet that sports a 10.1-inch HD display, an impressive 13-hour battery life and 5MP front-facing camera for video calls. As I said, it’s far from the most powerful device out there, but for web browsing, writing emails, streaming video and playing the odd undemanding game, it’s up to the task.

And now a cheap basket filler

Amazon Fire TV Stick

Prime members will want to head to Amazon during the retailer’s sale next week in order to pick up a Fire TV Stick, as that’s where you’ll see the lowest-ever prices. However, if you’re not signed up or aren’t fussed about saving a couple of extra bucks, then this offer that’s already available on the popular streaming stick is an easy buy.

As the name suggests, the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K lets you watch content in 4K if you have a compatible TV, with easy access to all the major streaming apps and Alexa voice controls. It’s a cheap and handy upgrade if you’d prefer an upgrade over your TV’s current OS.

Blink Outdoor 4 Smart Security Camera

There are lots of cheaper items up for grabs in the Amazon Prime Day sale. Take this Blink Outdoor 4 Camera, for example, which is down to the low price of $44.99. There are offers on bundles of up to eight cameras, too, if you need a full home security system.

It has been cheaper before, but only for Amazon Prime members, so this is a great offer if you’re not signed up. It’s an easy and affordable way to add some smart home tech to your house, with its long two-year battery, wireless setup and included sync module that allows you to respond to visitors, get alerts and browse footage on your phone.

The first big Kindle deal of the year

If you’re expecting lots of cheap Kindle deals in this year’s Prime Day, then you might be disappointed. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be any Kindle deals at all this Prime Day. In fact, some are live already, including this big discount on the feature-rich Kindle Scribe. The combined ereader and notebook is down to a record-low price right now for Prime members.

The best early Prime Day smartwatch deal yet?

Garmin fēnix 7 Pro

When we originally reviewed the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, we called it an “outdoor watch powerhouse” with impressive tracking features, a rugged design and even a built-in flashlight, making it ideal for all of your adventures. That all came at a hefty cost, though.

However, now that the watch is a little older, there’s a massive $400 price cut at Amazon for Prime Day. It’s a steal for such a well-rated watch with all of the capabilities and one I definitely recommend picking up giving the small upgrades in the newest model.

Music Unlimited also has a great free trial

Another great free perk at Amazon today for Prime members. Like Audible, you can get an extended four month free trial of Music Unlimited today, which is the brand’s premium music service. It’s a total saving of just over $40 again, and you’ll get completely unlimited ad-free streaming, options for offline downloads, and support for high-quality HD formats.

Blink Mini 2

Another handy smart home gadget I’d like to add to my shopping cart is the Blink Mini 2 security camera, now on sale for only $19.99, thanks to a generous 50% discount.

The compact security camera features two-way audio and will alert your phone when motion is detected. The Blink 2 also includes a 1080p HD live view, night view in color with a built-in spotlight, and a wider field of view.

Get some free audiobooks while you can

Audible free trial is audible free audiobooks

One great perk for Prime members this week is an extended three month trial over at Audible. Amazon’s audiobook service is absolutely perfect if you like to kick back and listen to everything from self-help to history. Despite this technically being an extended free trial, you’re still getting full Premium Plus membership here for a limited time, which means plenty of time to check out Audible and a few free book tokens to keep forever. Three months of Audible usually costs over $40 so this one’s definitely worth checking out.

Amazon Echo Spot

I immediately purchased Amazon’s Echo Spot (a smart alarm clock and speaker) when I noticed that it was on sale for a record-low price of $44.99

The Echo Spot pairs a 2.83-inch touchscreen with a 1.73-inch front-firing speaker, making it an ideal smart alarm clock. With Alexa onboard, you can ask the assistant for the weather, play music, or even schedule alarms.

Speaking of perks…

I’ve just added five of today’s best Amazon Prime Day perks to my list above, which include Grubhub+ membership, free extended trials to Audible and Music Unlimited, and even a cheap streaming deal for Hallmark+. Aside from the latter, none of these perks will cost you a single cent so they’re well worth considering picking up alongside some cheap gadgets this Prime Day.

Not a Prime member? Sign-up for the free trial!

As briefly mentioned above, a ton of the best Prime Day deals – especially on own-brand devices – are exclusive to Prime members only. If you’re not a Prime member, don’t worry though, since you can just sign-up for a 30-day trial ahead of the big day.

Doing so will not only get you access to the sale but also free delivery and a number of free perks like Grubhub+ membership and extended free trials on subscription services!

LG C5 OLED TV Prime Day deal 2025

I wrote about this deal earlier in the week and declared it the best early Prime Day deal. LG’s all-new C5 OLED TV is on sale for a stunning price of $1,696.99, thanks to a whopping $1,000 discount. That’s a record-low price and an incredible deal for a newly released OLED display.

Awarded five out of five stars in our review, the LG C5 OLED display delivers an outstanding picture thanks to LG’s Alpha 9 AI processor Gen8, impressive gaming features, and a comprehensive smart platform featuring all-new AI capabilities.

Welcome to this weekend’s live coverage of Amazon’s best Prime Day tech deals. I’ll be highlighting my favorite tech bargains, including OLED TVs, smart speakers, iPads, security cameras, and Kindle e-readers.

I recommend buying today’s early tech deals now, because the discount is so impressive that I can’t imagine you’ll find a better price at next week’s sale. You’ll be able to walk away with an early bargain and avoid the madness of next week’s four-day sale event.
