Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.

Pets at Home Group Plc has announced a forthcoming change to its Board of Directors, with Susan Dawson, the Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the ESG Committee, set to step down during the Annual General Meeting on July 11, 2024. Dawson has served the UK’s leading pet care business since 2018, and her departure has initiated a search for a new non-executive director. The company expressed gratitude for Dawson’s dedicated service and plans to update on the new appointment in the future.
