The Dinosaur Egg was introduced to Grow a Garden as part of the Prehistoric update that launched on July 5, 2025. It’s a limited-time and exclusive pet egg, offering six different pets. To help you get this egg for yourself, I’ve put together a guide on everything you need to know about it.

How to Get a Dinosaur Egg
There are two ways to get the Dinosaur Egg so make sure you try these methods before it’s gone! While the Prehistoric update runs, you can get the Dinosaur Egg by:
- Give common pets to the Dinosaur Eggs NPC, Graham. You’ll lose the pet you give to Graham, so make sure you’re okay with this. While you can give them rarer pets, they’re more likely to turn into a dinosaur pet than an egg. This process will take an hour to complete either way.
- Complete Dino Quests at the Pre-Historic Quest NPC, Blaire. We can’t guarantee you’ll have a Dinosaur Egg as a reward for your quests, but you can check to see.
Can I Still Get This Egg?
Yes, you can! The Dinosaur Egg will remain available to make and via Dino Quests for the meantime.
All Dinosaur Egg Pets
There are six possible pets you can get from the Dinosaur Egg. Below, you’ll find information on the chances of each pet appearing. There are four Legendary pets, a Mythical pet, and a Divine pet up for grabs.
All Dinosaur Egg Pet Traits
Each pet has its own traits and abilities in Grow a Garden. For the Dinosaur Egg, some pet traits include applying the Amber mutation, speeding up the growth of plants, and more.
