PRCA

Meet Lola and Noodle, the adorable dachshund duo who belong to different team members but look exactly alike – although they don’t realise it. They love coming into the PRCA office because their owners, Renna and Gabriela, treat them to puppuccinos and a walk in the park. Their visits always brighten everyone’s day.

Mischief

We have many pets in PR offices, but there is something to be said about the [self-proclaimed] ‘hardest-working pet in PR’ Barbara (or Babs), the Mischief corgi. This three-year-old Welsh Pembroke corgi does it all, from attending shoots to starring in content or just hanging out with celebs at events. With two very big ears to hear all her colleagues’ successes, stresses and solutions, Babs has become quite renowned within the industry. She even has her own official Mischief headshot.

Babs hates slack, but loves snacks – a friend to all, and a champion of the industry. We’re sure it won’t be long until her adorable face pops up again in the press…

W Communications

Meet Mimi Jordan, the ‘dog-child’ of Aimee Jordan, a proper media hound who is completely barking mad about coverage and KPIs.

And here’s young Larry Johnson, ‘dog-child’ of W’s founder, Warren Johnson. Larry has always been a natural-born pup-licity expert, however, his pet hate is when clients ask him to remove puns from his press release. Poor Larry.

Next, meet Timo Franses, ‘dog-child’ of Chloe Franses. Timo likes to bark his strategic and creative skills across the agency – especially when there is food around or the staff Friday Feast is underway.

Zeno

Luna is the resident office paw-lice, in charge of all things office management alongside her owner Zara, Zeno London’s office manager. Her jobs include guard dog duty, letting everyone know when the couriers arrive at the door, as well as bringing all the fun vibes with her happy tail and cute nose. She loves her lunchtime walkies in the park with her work bestie Willow, and loves following talent manager Ian around the office even more… she’s never forgotten that one time a few years ago when he shared his crisps with her!

Little Willow is one of the newest Zeno office doggos, who has been joining the team in the Old Street office since she was just 12 weeks old. Her favourite office responsibilities include joining Luna in making as much noise as possible when there is someone at the door, getting the zoomies on the boardroom carpet, stealing Babybels at Thursday drinks, and sunbathing on the roof terrace. When she’s not capturing content for her Insta (follow along @LittleWillowintheBigCity) she’s making star appearances at client events, including Aperol’s recent pop-up at Battersea Power Station.

Archie is the OG Zeno London office doggo, who has been visiting the offices for over seven years! He’s the man of the house, getting all the girls’ attention with his cute lil’ tongue that is always poking out. You’d never think that lurking behind that angel face is a sandwich fiend… who may or may not have been spotted more than once on the boardroom table cleaning up meeting leftovers. When questioned on his antics, he said: “I’ve done it now it’s too bleedin’ late. They’d have to catch me first. I’m like a whippet!”

Frank PR

Bartie is one of Frank PR’s most loyal members of staff. He does not like WFH and much prefers being office-based.

The owner of Bartie is Frank PR’s head of finance, Margaret de Winter, who says: “ He is such a conversation-starter on my commute – so many people want to say hello to him or have their photo taken with him, many have told me that he has made their day. Such is Bartie’s appeal, he has had sleepovers at Frankers where he has had a calming effect on their household and they can’t get enough of him.”

Here Be Dragons

Here we have Ralph the miniature schnauzer (who acts as head of security), plus Claude the French Basset (who is head of international relations).

Ralph is owned by Matt Crowhurst, head of people and culture, and joined the agency five years ago. He takes his role as head of security very seriously, which means that visiting couriers have to have their wits about them… but he’s a softie at heart, regularly melting the hearts of clients and journalists alike.

Claude’s owner is Dominic Radcliffe, creative director, and is a recent but very welcome addition to the Here Be Dragons team. Claude loves to feel the ink on his paws, and acts as a therapy dog to all who meet him.

Markettiers

Born on St Patrick’s Day, Poppy is two years old and one lucky pup when it comes to getting office attention. When she’s not chasing pigeons on her break you can find her taking office lap naps, practising her football skills or putting her head in the food waste bin on the hunt for post-lunch scraps.

Bluey is an Italian Greyhound and is nearly 2 years old. She loves attention, cuddles and playing with other dogs (of which there are many in the office!)

Sandy, a nine-month-old Cavapoo, is one of the newest additions. She already has the whole office wrapped around her paw.

Clarion

Introducing Clarion’s joint managing pawtners (just two of the agency’s 15 furry friends): Poppy (left) and Macy (right). When it comes to Poppy, she’s a master strategist of naps and morale. Lunch breaks are serious business, and Poppy’s the top dog in charge of ensuring everyone gets their fair share of tail wags and treats. When the creative juices stop flowing, Poppy’s emotional support is there to unleash new ideas. Macy’s got the golden touch when it comes to cuddling and making clients feel right at home – and move over food critics, she’s the real tastemaker in town, sniffing out the best brands with her discerning palate. Need a second opinion on that new product? Macy’s got brands covered with her paw-sitive feedback (and maybe a few slobbery kisses).

Rooster

Rooster loves its office dog, Cookie, so much that it rebranded as Cookie Communications (for one day only) on 1 April this year. Across the past three years, Cookie has transformed the office. Upon arrival she gamely took on the mantle of head of wellness, encouraging the team to break up their day, come rain or shine, with visits to the park. Not to mention weekly demonstrations of the benefits of yoga and breathwork on mind, body and spirit – her preferred poses being downward dog and puppy pose. More recently, she’s been promoted to head of barketing, a role that sees her lead team brainstorms and debates, always making sure the team stays on brief and doesn’t bark up the wrong tree.

Fox Agency

Meet Penny the Havanese, who accompanies her ‘momager’ (Lottie West, global head of PR) on the commute to Fox’s Leeds office. Penny’s favourite office activities include napping in meetings, napping at her desk, and jumping on sofas. 10/10 office dog.

Inkling Culture

Winston the Cocker Spaniel belongs to social media senior account director Dani Montgomery. The team look forward to his weekly trip into the office and, as you can see from the photo, he always has something to say in team meetings. He works best when offered a carrot.

Gus the Dachshund, who belongs to PR account director Sophie Conway, is only four months old and isn’t quite ready to come into the office yet – but once he’s passed probation he’ll be joining Winston as Inkling’s second office dog. He’s a bit of a slacker, to be honest; his favourite thing currently is napping.

The Digital Voice

Meet Ange – a crucial part of the team with the official job title of good vibes director. She is even included on the ‘Meet the Team’ page on agency’s the website and frequently makes her opinions known quite loudly on client calls. She admittedly had big dreams of being a treat quality inspector, but her squiggly career has landed her in the perfect role at The Digital Voice. With a degree in being cute, Ange is an essential asset and head of emotional support on the team’s weekly Friday calls. Previously living on a farm in York, Ange is now living her big city girl fantasy, except when the bin men make their visit – but that doesn’t stop her from providing brilliant outputs in the adorable department weekly and her ‘momager’ Kasey is always proud. As long as she has a sunny side-up fried egg to keep her motivated, Ange is as productive as can be.

CIPR

Meet the CIPR’s dogs: Kaku, Tilly and Buddy.

Muckle Media

Muckle Media’s work-where-you-like policy allows its team the flexibility to work around their other commitments. For our account manager Toni Dowling, this means spending time ensuring her ‘pet’ calves and emus are fed each morning before work. Toni works remotely from her family farm in rural Stirlingshire and calves, baby ducks and yes, even emus have been known to make an appearance on team zoom calls!

And finally… a PRWeek pet

Onyx belongs to PRWeek reporter Eliza Wiredu. Here she is celebrating her third birthday! Though technically not an office pet, she has been known to crash a virtual meeting or two.
