RHSPCA currently has a “Name Your Price” adoption special as part of BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters promotion. Adopters can choose what they pay during this adoption special which runs July 8th-31st and applies to adult dogs, adult cats, kittens, and small critters. RHSPCA has also launched a Mutt-urity Matters campaign to highlight the benefits of adopting an adult dog in hopes of giving them better visibility.
