Vets for Pets, on Victoria Road, will close its doors for the last time Tuesday, March 25, a spokesperson for the company confirmed.
The branch was officially opened by then-Warminster town mayor Cllr Rob Fryer in November 2017 but will now say goodbye to the town.
The spokesperson said that emails had been sent to all practice customers informing them of the closure, any necessary next steps to transfer their care – and any regular health plans – to a new practice.

If they are unsure about next steps, or have questions, they have been advised to contact the practice directly.
A Vets for Pets spokesperson said: “Vets for Pets Warminster has been a key part of the local community since 2017, providing quality care for thousands of pets and their owners over the last eight years.
“It is never an easy decision to close a practice, nor one taken lightly. Vets for Pets is supporting the team throughout the transition and process.
“Thank you to all the clients we have cared for, we have loved meeting you and your pets. We are contacting our clients to let them know about the news and with specific instructions around any health plans.
“We have a number of practices including Bath, Trowbridge and Salisbury who would be happy to welcome clients from Warminster who would like to transfer their care.”
