In 2010, Megan Fox called out men in Hollywood who show off their wealth to seem powerful. She told Cosmopolitan, “It’s fun when someone intends to put you in his back pocket, but instead, he walks away wounded. I make it a mind game so they don’t know if I’m hitting on them or mocking them.”
Megan Fox continued, “Male actors drop lines about their private jets, trying to seem powerful, but I don’t give a shit. I don’t need someone else’s power. I’m obtaining my own.”

Reports claimed MGK was unhappy about the details Megan Fox shared in her poems. She also allegedly shared a cryptic remark about her lover as the poem read, “You are an addiction / that no amount of prayers / will ever cure / my cries for relief / floating / unheard into the ether / you are killing me / but my heart / won’t give you up…”
