The Global Express XRS is an improved version of the original Global Express with longer range, faster speed, and other improvements to the design. While the design was rebranded as the Global 6000 in 2011, the type is still operated by individuals and charter operators alike. The Global Express XRS is powered by two Rolls-Royce BR710 turbofan engines.

According to Private Jet Card Comparisons,

“The Bombardier Global Express XRS is an ultra-long-range private jet designed and manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace. The Global Express XRS was introduced in 2003 as the successor to the Global Express, the first-in-the-line. The XRS also features a more powerful engine, the Rolls-Royce BR710A2-20, which provides improved performance and efficiency. It offers an increased range of up to 6,190 nautical miles compared to the Global Express range of up to 6,000 nautical miles.”
