Private Jet Explodes in San Diego Neighbourhood, Killing Three Onboard | Firstpost America | N18G
A private jet crashed into San Diego’s Murphy Canyon neighbourhood early Thursday morning, killing three people and injuring several others. The Cessna 550, owned by music agent Dave Shapiro, struck power lines before plummeting into a residential street just miles from Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport. The crash ignited multiple homes and cars, forcing over 100 residents to evacuate. Among the dead were Shapiro and two of his Sound Talent Group colleagues. The plane originated in Teterboro, New Jersey, with a fuel stop in Kansas. Foggy weather and low visibility likely played a role. The FAA and NTSB are now leading a full investigation. Our next report will have updates. Watch for more.See More
