In 2021, Textron Aviation launched a modification solution that allows jet owners to refresh the look and feel of their cabins. Customers can select from one of four off-the-shelf designs in its cabin refresh collection, all of which can be further personalized.

According to a spokesperson at Textron Aviation,
“Like a newly delivered aircraft from the company, these interiors are designed and manufactured with material selections for customers to ensure their aircraft has a timeless interior and the material can be procured quickly. No two interior refresh modifications are identical.”
While project timelines are influenced by the aircraft model and whether other modifications are being made to the aircraft at the same time, the program was developed with minimal downtime in mind. Therefore, cabin refurbishments can be completed within a scheduled maintenance window and can also be done concurrently with exterior painting, electronic updates, and lighting additions.
The program is available for Cessna Citation business jets, including the Citation X, as well as Beechcraft King Air turboprops.
Customizable to a “tea”
The interior refresh comes in four sophisticated themes – named after soothing beverages – that evoke a sense of warmth and comfort. With each theme, customers can choose to customize five components in the cabin: window reveal, seat leather, lower sidewall leather, carpet, and aft bulkhead.
