Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams have never shied away from the spotlight – but lately, the couple have found themselves at the centre of intense speculation about the state of their relationship.

The pair, who married in June 2018 just months after announcing their engagement, are parents to three young children – Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, two.

The couple were known for their public displays of affection over the years – through their social media presence and loving displays in the public eye. However, recent rumours of the pair splitting have raised eyebrows, sparking concern among fans.

The speculation was only fuelled further when they didn’t publicly mark their fifth wedding anniversary and admitted to having “tiffs.”

Although Vogue put the rumours to rest, when she took to Instagram late last month with a firm message. She shared a series of loved-up photos with Spencer, shutting down the rumours in a witty way, writing: “It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up!

“I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours but this just keeps coming up. It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true and much more importantly I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground,” she wrote.

“We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.”

Now, lets take a look into their five year relationship, from their magical Scottish wedding to selling their plush London home worth £4million.

The couple tied the knot during a secret Scottish wedding in June 2018. The ceremony took place on the banks of a beautiful loch within Spencer’s massive 10,000-acre family estate in Glen Affric, Inverness-shire.

The private event was attended by close friends and family, including Spencer’s brother James Matthews, who served as best man, and James’ wife, Pippa Middleton, who was pregnant with their first child at the time.

In keeping with tradition and the stunning Scottish backdrop, the couple incorporated Scotland into the celebration – with a bagpiper playing before and after the ceremony and a performance of Caledonia by an accordion player and singer.

Vogue called it “the best day of her life,” and Spencer told Hello! magazine, “It has gone down by many as the best wedding they’ve ever been to. It was a family affair in the middle of nowhere and it felt very secluded. We were surrounded by the people we love.”

At the time, Vogue was seven months pregnant with their first child, Theodore, who arrived that September. The couple then welcomed two more children, daughter Gigi in July of 2020 and son Otto in April 2022.

The couple are currently in the middle of trading life in Chelsea for a quieter life in Vogue’s native Ireland – although they are struggling to sell the apartment in the heart of London.

They originally put the flat on the market for £5.25million two years ago, but they have now knocked an additional £450k off the asking price.

The property is now on the market for £4.25 million with Sotheby’s International Realty – a significant £1 million drop from its original asking price.

Despite its luxurious features, the four-bedroom home remains unsold. Inside, the beautifully styled residence boasts two expansive reception rooms, a private roof terrace, a sleek bar, a fully equipped home gym, and a state-of-the-art cinema room.

The primary bedroom comes with an en-suite, and there is an additional two more bathrooms throughout the house.

Spencer and Vogue have always had homes in both the areas where they grew up – London and Ireland – and an additional property in Jersey.

Although there decision to sell the London home came after the pair decided to invest in a bigger Irish home for their three children to grow up in.
