Irish rugby star Robbie Henshaw has married his long-term girlfriend Sophie Marren in a beautiful ceremony. The wedding happened just after the Six Nations Championship ended.
The couple, who like to keep their private life out of the spotlight, had a small celebration with their closest family and friends.
They said their vows at the stunning five-star Cashel Palace Hotel in Tipperary. Sophie shared some lovely photos on Instagram for her followers to see.

The first photo was a black-and-white one showing their wedding rings. Sophie’s wedding dress sleeve had ‘The Henshaws’ embroidered on it., reports the Irish Mirror. Then she showed everyone what they had been waiting for: Her wedding dress.
In the first official photo from their big day, taken by photographer Peter Carvill, Sophie and Robbie are seen sharing a sweet moment as she gets ready to sign the registry.
Sophie looked stunning with her hair styled into a sleek bun. She wore a satin dress with a square neckline and lovely A-line details, which made her look like a classic bride.
The couple fell in love at UCD more than 10 years ago. They now call Dublin home, with Sophie being a successful accountant. They got engaged during a lovely weekend trip to Adare Manor in Limerick, planned by Robbie. The news was announced on social media last August.
Sophie put up a beautiful black-and-white photo of them holding hands at a concert with the caption: “18.08,” plus a white heart and a ring emoji.
Before her big day, Sophie’s friends threw her an amazing hen party. She, and every one of her pals, wore comical masks that looked just like Robbie.
Some of her friends included Ali Cunningham, Jack Conan’s wife, and Arnica Palmer, James Lowe’s wife. They all shared photos from their fun day together.
For the party, Sophie chose to wear a beautiful white satin mini dress with a high neck and cool cut-out detail. Paired with nude high-heels and a matching handbag.
