Lauren Goodger looked dramatically different in a wedding dress throwback snap she posted on social media to mark fellow TOWIE star Harry Derbidge’s 30th birthday.
The reality TV star, 37, who is making her big TOWIE comeback, looked unrecognisable in the throwback photo she shared on Instagram with her 950,000 followers on Wednesday.
It comes just two years after the star baffled fans when she attempted to sell a wedding dress on her Instagram stories.
It’s been more than a decade since Lauren shot to fame alongside Mark Wright as two of TOWIE ’s original cast members. Lauren has remained a household name since quitting the series in 2012 after six seasons.
Now she’s shared a throwback snap of herself wearing a white dress, that looked like a wedding style, next to Harry. She captioned the Instagram Story, writing: “Happy 30th birthday to Harry Derbidge so many memories with you!!! Lots of love.”
In the photo, Lauren showed off her bronze tan in a strapless bustier wedding dress which featured embellishments and jewels on the pretty sweetheart neckline.
She wore her brunette locks to one side while Harry looked younger in the snap and opted for a pastel blue shirt and swept hairstyle.
The throwback snap appeared to be from around the time when the explosive reality show first hit our screens in 2010.
Lauren and Mark’s on/off romance lasted a decade and TOWIE viewers saw wild rows between the pair, accusations of infidelity and Lauren discovering that Mark had cheated on her with their co-star, Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Upcoming storylines on the show are said to show Lauren’s more family-oriented life with daughter Larose. After welcoming the little one, Lauren then fell pregnant with her second child but tragically, she lost her daughter Lorena in July 2022 shortly after birth.
Lauren is also said to hoping to find love as she returns to TV, and it seems there are some suitors off screen who are keen to woo her, with Lauren recently revealing to OK! that she has “footballers, boxers and rappers” in her DMs.
She said: “[Mainly] premiership footballers and really wealthy rappers. But I can’t say who. I think they suit me, but my life doesn’t suit them. I’m very chilled and at home. I’m not out.
“I was asked a few years ago to be in a music video for a massive rapper and he asked, “How much do you charge for the day?” And now I think I should have done it, but I didn’t.”
