David Beckham has become ‘posh’ by upgrading his modest 100-foot, $6.5 million Riva Argo 90 yacht with a much more impressive Riva 130 Bellissima flagship worth 4 times the price- a cool $20 million. The retired Manchester United and England midfielder has a reputation for enjoying family time aboard vessels, and the family was spotted on several occasions enjoying life on the high seas. But with the kids all grown up, the boat had to grow up too and make room for the beautiful Beckhams. After all, David Beckham secured one of the most lucrative deals in sporting history by moving to MLS.
According to sports analyst Joe Pompliano, Beckham has raked in around $225 million in just two years, and with the rising popularity of MLS, his club ‘Inter Miami’ will soon be worth more than a billion dollars. The living legend and wife Victoria Beckham were making the most of the pristine coast of Miami, their second home on a lavish superyacht befitting their status.
Dedicated to their darling and only daughter Harper, the superyacht is called Seven, 130 feet, and built in Italy by Riva shipyard, per Mirror. It has plenty of space to accommodate the large family in five rooms, and unlike the predecessor, this vessel comes with a beach club, a pool, and outdoor lounge areas to make the most of the views.
The family that eats together stays together applies to the Beckhams, which is why their boat boasts beautiful interiors with plenty of socializing and relaxation areas.
The luxury vessel also features a 20 square-meter garage, upper deck jacuzzi, and lower deck swim platform. The British brood has been spending the majority of their time in Miami since David was offered an opportunity to take part in the Magic City’s MLS team, Inter Miami.
Other than the name Seven on the motoryacht, there is no other aspect linking the ship to David Beckham, who could’ve coincidentally chartered the vessel perhaps owing to its name than its features.
