MINDEN — Harold Warp Pioneer Village in Minden and The American Automobile Experience in Kearney have announced an exciting new partnership featuring a temporary trade of two iconic classic vehicles.
Through this special collaboration, Pioneer Village will proudly display a 1963 Chrysler 300, a classic car formerly owned and famously driven around Kearney by Jacquelyn “Jackie” Rosenlof. In return, The American Automobile Experience will host Pioneer Village’s historic 1953 Corvette.
This vehicle swap offers a unique opportunity for automotive enthusiasts and history buffs alike. By visiting both locations, situated less than 20 miles apart, visitors can explore a combined showcase of over 500 vintage and classic vehicles, creating an unparalleled automotive heritage experience in Central Nebraska.
“We are excited to showcase this amazing partnership with our guests, and to encourage them to visit the American Automobile Experience just a short drive away, and to loan our 1953 Corvette purchased to celebrate the year the museum opened.” – Dustin Southworth – Pioneer Village – Museum Manager
The vehicle trade is a temporary exhibition running through the summer and concluding in the fall. Members of the public and regional travelers are encouraged to plan a dual-museum itinerary this season to witness both of these legendary vehicles in their temporary homes.
