Hodgdon Tenders, a division of Hodgdon’s Yachts, has announced the launch of a 10.6-metre custom coupe tender, expected to be delivered to an unnamed 102-metre superyacht built in Northern Europe.
The tender was constructed at the shipyard’s facilities on the coast of Maine and designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design. Much like Hodgdon’s existing repertoire, this iteration marries the comfort of an enclosed cabin with the open-air experience guests expect while at sea.
Central to the tender’s design is a fully equipped, air-conditioned guest cabin that meets superyacht interior standards. A full-height glass aft bulkhead opens to reveal an outside aft seating area, bathing the stainless steel-accented interiors with natural light.
The roof, which can be lifted and lowered on demand, is a particularly compelling design feature. When lifted, it provides guests with optimal visibility and headroom. When lowered, it completes the sleek coupe profile suited to the yacht’s garage stowage and the tender’s performance.
Audrey Hodgdon, managing director of Hodgdon Yachts, said: “Every tender we build is shaped around the way an owner and crew use their yacht. This coupe serves as an elegant guest limousine and we’re proud to see her join one of the world’s most significant new yachts.”
In 2025, Hodgdon’s Yachts announced that the 26.2-metre planing yacht Valyra had joined the market with Anton Farber of Fraser, with an asking price of €2,750,000.
