The bow of Feadship‘s 140-metre in-build flagship superyacht has been sighted for the first time in the Netherlands. The first section of the new project, which is known only as hull 831, was spotted being rolled out of the shed at the NMC facilities in Alblasserdam.
The bow is now expected to be transported to the facilities at Greenport Rotterdam to continue construction, which will be completed in steel and aluminium.
Details of the project remain highly private, though BOATPro estimates an interior volume of 11,025GT and a delivery date of 2029.
At 140 metres, hull 831 will surpass the shipyard’s current flagship Breakthrough by an impressive 21.2 metres.
