The Woodmans Arms is now offering couples the chance to take over the entire venue for their big day in what it describes as a relaxed, personal alternative to traditional weddings.
David Whitehead, director of DWC Enterprises, said: “We are delighted to launch our exclusive-use wedding package at The Woodmans Arms.
“We know that many couples are looking for something more relaxed, personal and memorable than a traditional wedding venue, and what could be better than having an entire country pub to yourself.
“The Woodmans has always been about great food, warm hospitality and a real sense of atmosphere.
“This package brings all of that together for couples who want their wedding day to feel completely their own, from the ceremony right through to the evening party.”
Packages start from £4,950 for selected midweek dates outside of school holidays, based on 35 daytime guests and an additional 25 evening guests.
The venue will be closed to the public for the day, giving couples and their guests private use of the pub, ceremony spaces, and overnight accommodation.
Weddings can be held indoors at The Seedling or outdoors in the beer garden.
The offer includes a three-course gastro pub meal, reception and toast drinks, bar snacks, and a bottomless pizza station for the evening.

Menu options feature pub favourites such as traditional fish and chips, sausage and black pudding Scotch egg, and the pub’s award-winning pies.
Overnight guests are invited to stay at The Nest, the pub’s collection of five luxury suites.
The rooms blend countryside comfort with relaxed luxury, and the bridal suite includes a bath in the bedroom.
