No stranger to hair transformations, Nicole Kidman hit the Met Gala carpet wearing stunning ultra-long extensions and new, wispy bangs, styled by hairstylist Adir Abergel with Shark Beauty and Virtue. Her neutral manicure was courtesy of Thuy Nguyen, who used Joonbyrd Hand Treatment to prep the skin and nails, and her makeup was done by Gucci Westman using Clé de Peau Beauté.
“I was so inspired by the craftsmanship of the look, especially working with Chanel,” says Westman. “Nicole’s dress was just exquisite. For me, it was about honoring that same level of beauty through her skin, focusing on the radiance, brightness, and tones, and bringing out her lips, skin, and eyes in a way that feels true to her natural tonality. There’s a subtle nod to the 70s in her hair and makeup, that effortless, undone feeling, like Jane Birkin.”
