It was a glittering night honoring outstanding performances in film and television at the 2025 SAG Awards. Beyond the fashion, there were undeniably standout beauty looks, ranging from Pam Anderson’s natural, glowing skin to Cynthia Erivo’s eye-catching metallic silver smoky eyes that matched her vintage Givenchy Couture dress.

One of the biggest makeup trends of the night was red lips, worn by Selena Gomez, Elle Fanning, and Mikey Madison for a pop of contrast against their sleek gowns. “The bold red lip was the perfect finishing touch, a nod to the classic beauty of the ‘50s that made the whole look feel effortless, confident, and perfectly polished for the red carpet,” says Madison’s makeup artist Melissa Hernandez. Hair-wise, waves abounded, with some opting for Old Hollywood sculpted waves like Leighton Meester, while others chose soft, brushed-out Pre-Raphaelite waves like Aisha Dee.

Below, see all the best looks–and get all the behind-the-scenes details–from the 2025 SAG Awards.

The picture of Old Hollywood glamour with a modern sensibility, Fanning paired sleek, side-swept strands with smoked-out eyes and a deep red pout. “Elle’s look was inspired by the 50s photographs of Irving Penn crossed with the ‘80s photographs of Helmut Newton,” says her makeup artist Erin Ayanian-Monroe, who used  L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Satin Lipstick in Red Carpet.

“The look tonight was completely inspired by the iconic archive dress Cynthia is wearing,” says her makeup artist Joanna Simkin. “The silver raffia was begging for some silver drama!” With the rest of her makeup naturally luminous, Erivo complemented her archival Givenchy Couture gown with a matching set of smoky eyes, crafted with Charlotte Tilbury’s new Palette of Beautifying Eye Trends in Super Neutral.

To add a pop of color against her silver custom Louis Vuitton gown, the Anora star opted for a matte red lip. “I was inspired by the timeless elegance of Old Hollywood glamour, but wanted it to feel fresh and modern,” says her makeup artist Melissa Hernandez, who mixed Armani Beauty’s Lip Power Lipstick in shades 400 and 402.

Looking like a Pre-Raphaelite goddess, Dee wore brushed-out waves embellished with a set of sparking hair barrettes. A wash of lilac on the lids only added to the ethereal effect.
