LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – The fourth annual Nicole Nichols Auto Show was held today in Duncan.
It happened at the Stephens County Fairgrounds between nine in the morning and two in the afternoon.
The show was free and open to the public, with over 50 vendors to buy from, pony rides, axe throwing, and more — and of course, cool cars from a variety of time periods.
This event is for a good cause — not only does it raise money for student scholarships, but it’s also held in honor of car fan Nicole Nichols.
“She was passionate about the medical field and about nursing, and so we wanted to kind of continue her legacy in that. She was a car person, a jewelry person, so everything that’s going on here today is a great representative for her,” said Anissa Morrow & Anita Yates, Nicole Nichols Foundation Board Members.
In addition to that, there was live music from a choir that came all the way from Uganda to perform at the event.
The event is held every third weekend of March, so if you missed it… there’s always next year!
