Police car involved in crash on major Sheffield route
This was the scene on Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, today after a collision involving a police car.

Pictures show the front of the patrol car seriously damaged, and the vehicle left stationary in the road after the collision, which was close the junction with Bannerdale Road.
A second, black coloured car can also be seen in the road, with what appears to be damage to its left side.
Pictures also show a second patrol car parked on Bannerdale Road while emergency services deal with the incident.
Traffic can be seen backing up Bannerdale Road as a result of the incident.
