Residents and tourists in Cavtat were treated to a serious dose of floating luxury this weekend as the jaw-dropping mega yacht Tremenda dropped anchor along the Adriatic coast.
And while nobody seems to know exactly who owns the spectacular vessel, one thing is certain — whoever they are, they are doing very well indeed.
The 45-metre expedition yacht, built by prestigious Italian shipyard Cantiere delle Marche, is estimated to be worth somewhere between $20 million and $25 million, making it one of the most eye-catching vessels currently cruising the Croatian coastline.

Fresh from the shipyard and only delivered to its mystery owner in March this year, Tremenda has already been picking up awards in the ultra-luxury yacht world thanks to its sleek explorer styling and lavish interiors designed by acclaimed Italian designer Giorgio M. Cassetta.
Luxury Fit for a Billionaire
The yacht can host up to 10 guests across five luxury suites, including a massive full-beam master suite complete with separate his-and-her bathrooms — because apparently one luxury bathroom simply isn’t enough anymore.

Built with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and teak decks, Tremenda is designed for serious long-range cruising. Powered by twin MAN diesel engines, the yacht can reach speeds of 14 knots and boasts a range of around 4,000 nautical miles.
In simple terms, its owner could comfortably sail from the Adriatic to the Caribbean without breaking a sweat.
And while many superyachts are available for charter at eye-watering weekly prices, Tremenda remains strictly private and is reportedly used exclusively as a family yacht by its unnamed owner.
