Turkish shipyard Torlak Shipyard has shared the renders of its latest motor yacht project, currently known only as NB83.
The 44.9-metre is currently under construction at the yard’s facilities in Tuzla, Istanbul, and is scheduled for delivery ahead of the 2027 summer season.
Key numbers include a volume of 482GT, a 2.5-metre draught and a beam of 9.1 metres, with the semi-displacement hull built in steel and RINA classed. Milan-based studio Hot Lab is behind the build’s design, opting for a slender, sporty and monochromatic look for NB83’s profile. Naval architecture was completed in-house.
Accommodation is for ten guests across five cabins, including a full-beam owner’s cabin with a private office, dressing rooms and en-suite. Guests are accommodated in two VIP cabins and two versatile twin cabins, with further quarters for 11 crew.
Interior renderings reveal a clean, contemporary aesthetic, who have opted for cooler woods and a colour palette of cream, grey and light blue. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light, particularly in the main saloon, which is arranged with twin sofa seating and a formal dining area aft.
Meanwhile, the sundeck is arranged with a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads, a dry bar and twin sunloungers, with the overhang providing partial shade to an al fresco dining table on the upper deck. Forward of the upper deck is a fixed sunpad lounge and coffee table. Other leisure highlights include a swim platform with sunpads and storage for tenders and water toys.
The yacht will also be compliant with Malta Commercial Yacht Code under 500 GT, offering flexibility for both private and charter use
Power from twin MAN D2862 LE489 engines is expected to propel the yacht to a maximum speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The launch of NB83 is scheduled for January 2027. The project is currently listed for sale with POA.
