Police closed off a road, with paramedics and firefighters deployed
Emergency services were deployed to the scene, with witnesses describing how one of the three vehicles involved – a black Nissan Juke – ended up in its side.
A grey Porsche Taycan and a white Vauxhall Corsa were also involved.
The incident happened on Selborne Road, Crosspool, late on Tuesday morning, near the junction with Sandygate Road.
South Yorkshire Police closed the road, with blue and white police tape across the street, while emergency services worked.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: “We received an emergency call at 11.20am yesterday (August 11) to report a road traffic incident on Selbourne Road in Sheffield.
“An ambulance and a rapid response vehicle were dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to hospital.”
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service sent a fire engine from Rivelin Fire Station, but when crews arrived, the occupants of the car on its side was already out of the vehicle and with paramedics.
A spokesman said they left the scene at around noon.
South Yorkshire Police said: “It is reported that a black Nissan Juke, grey Porsche Taycan, and a white Vauxhall Corsa were involved in a collision.
“One woman received minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution and has since been discharged.”
The force added no serious injuries were reported following the collision.
