Based in Moreton, Newport Pet Crematorium has been established by local couple Lynette Looker-Revell and her husband Matthew Revell. Bereaved families are given complete flexibility during a difficult time, with the option to arrange for a sensitive collection from either their home or veterinary surgery. The founders are already familiar faces within the local animal community. They currently operate the popular Newport Dog Park, and Lynette previously ran a pet shop in Newport town centre. A comprehensive UK study published in recent years identified nearby Telford as a major national hotspot for dog ownership, recording the highest dog-to-human ratio in the country.
