Rescue Cat’s ‘Mischievous Biscuits’ Have the Energy of a Disney Villain

by R.Donald

Kittens have an instinct from birth to knead their mom’s belly if they want milk, but the adorable act is something they take into adulthood, and it serves a few different purposes. For Lulu, the rescue cat, “making biscuits” looks a little different from most, and it’s giving the same villainous energy as every Disney big baddie ever!

Lulu is an 11-year-old rescue cat whose special biscuit-making face has fans around the world cracking up. It’s just the way her facial features are made—she’s actually really sweet and not as angry as her expression suggests!

Some joked in the comments that she’s the one true “evil kitty” with her angry, furrowed brow. She’d definitely make the purrfect Disney villain with this “always plotting” type of look!

When Lulu isn’t busy making biscuits, she shares a home with her kitty sibling, Sesame. Together, the two cats are quite the pair in their mom and dad’s lives. Many of their funny videos have gone viral, but it’s Lulu’s permanent “RBF” that has everyone’s attention.

Her face is fully capable of appearing less annoyed, and when she’s calmer, channeling her Soft Girl Era, she looks like any other kitty. Plus, she has the patience of a saint with all that her funny parents do for the Tok, like this:

Why Do Cats Make Biscuits?

There are a few reasons cats make biscuits (aka knead), and some of them are downright adorable. The instinctive behavior begins in kittenhood, to stimulate milk flow when nursing from their mom. The warm, happy sense of feeling safe and fed stays with them as they grow, but translates differently.

Kneading can indicate they’re happy, trying to make their bed cozy, relieving tension, marking territory, or self-soothing when anxious. Whenever my cats knead on or near me, it feels like I’ve been blessed by the cat gods as the chosen one.

Whatever the reason for Lulu’s kneading in such a diabolical way, it’s a sweet sight. But just in case you’re in this villain’s way while she’s busy at the biscuit factory, I’d sleep with one eye open!
