Jet Aviation Flight Services (JAS, Teterboro) has completed development of a new Miami Opa-Locka FBO and commenced full operations, following the launch of initial services in November.
“As one of the busiest business aviation gateways in the Americas, Miami is a key destination for customers around the world, connecting them to North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond,” said Jet Aviation president Jeremie Caillet.
The 27-acre (109,265-square-metre) facility, Jet Aviation’s twelfth FBO in the United States, features an 8,500-square-foot (790-square-metre) terminal, a 540,000-square-foot (50,167-square-metre) ramp, and 40,000 square feet (3,716 square metres) of hangar space equipped with 30-foot (9-metre) doors.
