Despite possessing a net worth of $60m according to sources, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been handed another free private jet ride ahead of the 2025 Invictus Games.

Harry, an ex-Serviceman in the British forces with a decade of experience, often appears at the games as a key representative and host and flew to Vancouver, Canada, to promote the 2025 edition for wounded service personnel.

But he apparently didn’t pay for his own trip out there, with the flight on the 10-seat Bombardier Challenger 605 being financed by a local private aviation authority as the pair were there as guests.

It’s their latest freebie and, according to those close to them, they do not like to fork out their own end when it comes to paying bills.

One source who has worked with the duo told Page Six, “They certainly don’t like to spend their own money.”

Whilst another added, “It’s always other people’s money.”

Why do they fly privately?

The main reason for doing so, according to the Prince of England who is currently fifth in the line of succession to the British throne, is for security reasons. Even the fact that they often stay with wealthy friends is credited for the same reason.

In October 2023, they also flew privately to attend a conference on the dangers of social media to children before heading out to the Caribbean island of Canouan for a vacation, although it’s unknown who paid for that.

Then in November, they flew privately once again to Las Vegas to attend the Katy Perry concert along with Michael Herd, an oil tycoon, and the founder of Bumble, Whitney Wolfe Herd.

Then in January, they privately accompanied Paramount CEO Brian Robbins and his wife to Jamaica for the premiere of One Love, which is a biopic based on the life of the reggae singer and Rastafarian, Bob Marley.
