Private aviation provides operators with the ultimate flexibility when compared to commercial aviation. When using a business jet or personal aircraft, the operator can depart and arrive whenever they wish with minimal hassle. The estate sits on six total acres and was renovated 14 years ago, per Alpine Airpark. The main home includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms in its 4,357 square feet. The estate has an 8,000-square-foot hangar with a private fuel farm and a 960-square-foot pilot lounge. An additional guest cabin features another two bedrooms, and the guest hangar home has one extra bedroom.

4 401 Nobbys Creek Road

Location: New South Wales, Australia

This large private estate can be found near the foothills of Mount Warning. Its total property consumes 47 hectares, although the main house sits on a small hill’s peak. The estate also comes with a smaller guest house with a spare bedroom, bathroom, and living area.

Location: Decatur, Texas

This large property consumes 25 acres in Decatur, Texas, which is near the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex. Per Mens Gear, the modern house is almost a whopping 9,600 square feet and was recently built in 2017. The house holds five bedrooms with a massive master suite. La Casa de Fe also includes a mini theater, two balconies, and a fitness room. A nearby Parisian guest villa with an additional bedroom is on the property.

Outside, the property has a tennis and pickleball court, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a putting green. La Casa de Fe has a large resort-style pool that backs up to a two-bedroom pool house. The large main house is almost 16,000 square feet and includes a large office, fitness studio, and four ensuite bedrooms. The main house also has a wine cellar, a theater, and an arcade room.

The property is 16 acres and includes a 2,400-square-foot boat house leading to a private dock. The house is situated along an 870-foot private sandy beach, complete with a waterfall and waterslide. The estate has a private helipad for easy access but also has access to two additional hangars at the nearby Coeur d’Alene airport.

1 Tuscan Estate

Location: Tuscany, Italy

This incredibly large property is nearly 790 acres in the Tuscan countryside and was listed for over €27 million ($29 million). The property has a primary residence, several farmhouses, and even multiple outbuildings totaling over 19,000 square feet. Per Francis York, the principal residence has been converted to a boutique hotel and offers accommodation for several guests, in addition to the other outbuildings across the property.
