The former Strictly host enjoyed the sunshine as she arrived at Wimbledon
Tess Daly was spotted wearing her wedding rings at the Wimbledon final, two months after her and Vernon Kay publicly confirmed their split.
In May this year, Tess Daly and Vernon Kay announced that their marriage had come to an end, but they still remain good friends following the split.
The former Strictly Come Dancing host, who hails from Stockport, and the Bolton-born TV and radio star have been married since September 2003. The pair met while working for rival channels in 2001, apparently crossing paths at a BBC Christmas party.
They tied the knot at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Horwich, near Bolton, Vernon’s hometown, and in their more than two decades together, the pair have welcomed two daughters, Phoebe and Amber.

The couple announced the end of their relationship in a social media statement on Friday (May 8). Shared to their Instagram Stories, it read: “After much consideration, and with a deep sense of care and respect for one another, we have made the decision to separate amicably. This has not been an easy choice, but it comes from a place of mutual understanding and a shared desire for what is best for both of us.
“We remain great friends and most importantly, fully committed to our roles as loving and supportive parents, which will always be our priority. There are no other parties involved in this decision. We kindly ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this transition together.”
The statement ended: “We will not be making any further public comments. Tess and Vernon.”
On Sunday (July 12), Tess arrived at the All England Lawn Tennis Club ready for the Wimbledon 2026 final, donning an elegant floor length pastel-coloured dress.
As she enjoyed the sunshine before heading over to Centre Court, Tess was pictured still wearing her wedding rings two months after her split with Vernon was announced, reports the Mirror.
Despite their split, Tess, 57, and Vernon, 52, appear to have remained close and just last week, the latter was seen supporting his ex-wife’s move as she headed out to Greece to shoot her next campaign for her swimwear brand.
They were also seen spending the day and evening together at Pub In The Park with a host of mutual pals including actor Will Mellor, as well as them still spending time with their daughters together as a family.
Their marriage was hit by scandal in 2010, when it emerged that Vernon had sent texts to other women. He admitted to sending flirty messages to “four or five girls” during that period, but a spokesperson for the star said at the time: “They never at any point had a physical sexual relationship.”
“I’ve let down my wife Tess. I’m an idiot,” he told Radio 1 listeners in the aftermath. “I’ve been stupid and daft but I’m not a sex pest. I’m glad this story has come out. It feels like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.”
